In 2017, 88.8% of Estonia's greenhouse gas emissions came from the energy sector. In absolute terms, this means a maximum reduction of 8 million tonnes of CO2 emissions from 2017 emissions of 22 million tonnes.<\/p>\n<p>To achieve this objective: \"Estonia will be an attractive environment for the development of innovative technologies, products and services, in particular those that reduce greenhouse gas emissions.<\/p>\n<p>It will also encourage their export and global application to address global climate change challenges.
