<li>To expand the learning opportunities for the youth of Virumaa in the fields of energy;<\/li>\n    <li>Create the next generation of Estonian nuclear specialists;<\/li>\n    <li>Develop the living environment of Virumaa.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n<\/div><\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4bacebe elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4bacebe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Processing of grant applications and general principles<\/h3><ul><li>The basis for the grant is the person's application, which must be sufficiently detailed in terms of the use of the requested support to decide on the purpose of the sum.<\/li><li>Grant applications (<a href=\"https:\/\/fermi.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/toetustaotlus-fermi.docx\">the form can be found here<\/a>) should be sent to info@fermi.ee.<\/li><li>Grant applications are reviewed and approved by the board of Fermi Energia AS.<\/li><li>The board evaluates the compliance of grant applications with the conditions for making the grant payment and the goals presented in point 1 and excludes grant payment applications that do not meet the conditions or exceed the possibilities.<\/li><li>Decisions on the payment of grants can only be made within the budget of the current year.<\/li><li>Fermi Energia sends a written notification to all grant applicants regarding the approval, partial approval or rejection of their application based on the decisions. If the amounts allocated for the year have already been used, Fermi Energia can immediately notify the grant applicant that the said application will not be granted this year.<\/li><li>The grant is paid on the basis of an approved application or a signed contract. The Varja community centre is the only place where people from the surrounding villages of Aa, Moldova, Voorepera and Varja can gather. The community centre has also hosted several Fermi Energy information days.<\/p><p><strong>Masters students in nuclear energy<\/strong><br \/>The 2025 Fermi Energy Fellowship was awarded to.<a href=\"https:\/\/fermi.ee\/fermi-energia-saadab-noored-spetsialistid-rootsi-oppima\/\">Eliise Tuulem\u00e4e and Ida Pinte<\/a>, who are starting their studies at Swedish universities. Eliise Tuulem\u00e4e will move to the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), where she will study for a Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering.
