Fermi Energia and the municipality of L\u00fcganuse signed a cooperation agreement under which Fermi Energia would build at least fifty residential buildings in the municipality. This is in the event that the future nuclear power plant is selected for the L\u00fcganuse municipality as a result of a special national planning procedure. In addition, together with the municipality, we would like to identify in the second half of 2024 important installation or development projects of importance to the community and support them to the tune of \u20ac30 000.<\/p>\n

\"We see a role for Fermi Energia to be a good partner and contribute to making the municipality a more attractive place to live, even before the planning of the nuclear power plant site begins. Today, we do not know in which location and which municipality the nuclear power plant will eventually be sited, but previous studies have left us with a first choice of locations for both Viru-Nigula and Fermi Energia.
