This Webinar will provide an overview of the legal and regulatory infrastructure for SMRs. It will be conducted by Helen Cook, legal partner of Fermi Energia (CV below), with an introduction by Kalev Kallemets, CEO of Fermi Energia and a case study on the licensing process for the Barakah 1 NPP units in the United Arab Emirates by Ian Grant, former Deputy Director General Operations and Director of Nuclear Safety at the Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation in the UAE.
