Teachers visit the companies that have set up the education programme to see practical examples of physics, chemistry and engineering. Teachers, in collaboration with the VideoEditions team, will create educational videos covering the Year 7 science curriculum to support teachers in schools and young people in independent learning. In addition, the teachers will receive a gift from the organisers in the form of Practical Learning Kits for practical lessons. At the end of the programme, the teachers will receive a cash bonus of €2,184 gross, or 13th month's salary, equivalent to the average teacher's salary in 2024.
ABB, Enefit, Fermi Energia, LHV, Nordecon and Metrosert, in partnership with educational landscape leaders, have created a programme for teachers called "Charge Yourself" to bring a more modern learning experience to all primary school students studying physics and chemistry across Estonia. The partners of the programme are the Estonian Physics Society, the Estonian Chemistry Teachers Association, Praktikal and Videoõps.
