To do this, we need a strong financial leader to help build the financial backbone and support strategic decisions.

Your role in Fermi Energy

The Chief Financial Officer is a key member of our management team, responsible for:

• Designing a capital strategy and raising capital (equity and debt, grants, partnerships).
• Managing the preparation and presentation of investment documents.
• Developing and updating financial models (CAPEX, OPEX, cash flow forecasts).
• Setting up and managing financial systems and processes.
• Managing investor relations and ensuring reliable financial information.
• Growing the team and competence.
• Participation in the strategic work of the management team.

Expectations of the candidate

• Strong financial competence and strategic thinking.
• Previous experience in building financial systems and raising capital.
• Very good command of English.
• Independence, courage and initiative.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• A desire to contribute to a meaningful project and shape the future.
